I ran into a lil' elevator issue, and they jumped right on it, switching my room without any fuss. The dining options were decent too, with special diet menus available. Only thing? Parking was kinda tight at times.

I reported a fuzzy TV signal, but couldn’t get any resolution at checkout. It was frustrating dealing with only one elevator working and having to wait too long for it to arrive. Despite a nice lobby and comfy pool area, my overall experience left much to be desired.
